RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned:

Custom sized fence fabric on any kind sold by Shade First USA, LLC.

Any custom printed material that does not use Shade First USA, LLC. standard designs.

Any clearance or sale item.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We guarantee all orders that leave our facility are shipped in good condition. All damage claims must be acknowledged to our Customer Service Department within 5 working days of receipt of order. In the event that you discover damages please notify us so that we may file a damage claim with the delivering carrier. Please remember to keep damages for 7-10 working days so shipper can inspect items.
REFUNDS
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a RMA number issued by an authorized Shade First USA, LLC employee.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
RESTOCKING CHARGE
A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all standard returns.
SHIPPING
Call 714-606-4448 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) within 5 days of delivery of your order. We will only accept returns that have a valid RMA visible on the outer packaging and are freight prepaid.
All returns are subject to inspection by Shade First USA, LLC. We only credit products that are unused and undamaged and in re-sellable condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
